Welcome back for another great year with AWCL. For those of you who don't know me I am Sandra Williams the new President of the AWCL for 2008-2009.
I know we are all very busy ladies so I will get right to the point. There are some very important activities that have become tradition for the AWCL to participate in or put on ourselves and we are missing some critical chairpersons and committees.
We need a clubhouse co-manager.
We need a wine-tasting activity chairperson(s).
Please contact me for more information on the responsibilities before you decide this isn't for you. It doesn't have to be just one person, it can be co-chairs, or a committee depends on how you like to work. If you want to be a committee member for one of these activities please feel free to let me know that you are ready to support someone else who is ready to take charge.
We have a great team of women within our organization. Don't be afraid even if you are brand new to Luxembourg, we can give you the information you need to do the job.

The MERCHANDISE section of the AMERICAN STAND of the International Bazaar is looking for a few interested ladies to work with our team.
During the year, in the
Spring and then mainly in the Fall, we work together
planning what merchandise to sell at the Bazaar.
This resembles a typical retail business, and for us.
It's like shopping and shopping, but never having to spend
our own money. We enjoy working together, feel
satisfied with our charitable contribution, and would
very much welcome some new fresh faces and ideas.
