Join us for a deliciously interactive evening with Cédric Prietti, as he brings the chemistry of food and nutrition to life. With energy, clarity, and a touch of fun, Cédric shows how science shapes the flavors, textures, and experiences we enjoy every day.

The event begins with a lively presentation exploring the fascinating science behind what we eat, followed by a live ice cream demonstration and tasting. Even in winter, ice cream makes the perfect experiment. Together we’ll discover how ingredients transform, why texture matters, and how chemistry creates flavor.

The format includes:
• Welcome and introduction
• 30 to 45 minute presentation
• Live ice cream demo and tasting
• Quiz and open Q&A

Curious minds and sweet tooths welcome. 

Free for AWCL members. Guests and visitors are welcome for €5 per person. Pay in cash at the door or via bank transfer.
